RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS

Laguna Verde is a small peaceful community just over the hill south of Valparaiso. To get there you travel along a beautiful winding cliff side road with a spectacular view of the ocean. This road will deliver you to the communities main cross roads. Once you arrive at the main hub you will see shops and restaurants both to your right and to your left. To your left (north of the cross) on the right hand side is one of the best bread shop I have eaten at. To the right of the crossroad is another restaurant with excellent food and a friendly staff. At an angle to this crossroad is a little strip of shops which include a restaurant with a large stove heating the main dining hall, a small grocery store and butcher.

BEACH & CANOING

Just a few blocks from the main cross roads is a large beach area with a vast ocean to play in so bring your toys. Connected to the ocean is the Laguna and a shop that provides you with canoes for you to use through the community.

CAMPING

Below the house you can also see a nice camp ground where they also provide canoes to travel the river on.
